Supply Chain ERP Business Analyst
Remote for now then travel when needed
Long-term contract

Qualifications:
? Bachelors Degree in Business with 4-6 years experience (10-12 years Supply Chain experience without degree)
? Experience using Oracle Cloud ERP with at least 2 full cycle implementations
? Excellent business communication, negotiation and presentation skills
? Strong data analytic skills
? Experience using Jira, Smart Sheets, Confluence and G Suite preferred but not required.

ROLE OVERVIEW
The Supply Chain Business Analyst will support and work with the ERP Supply Chain team and PMO to optimize business processes and map them to the Oracle Cloud ERP applications, specifically as they relate to Supply Chain (Order Management, Procure to Pay, Inventory, etc.). This role drives the definition, optimization and improvement of new and existing business processes through development of business and functional requirements. This role also helps manage process compliance as appropriate, including development and delivery of documentation and training materials. This position also performs testing and training to resolve issues and guide system use.

Responsibilities:
? Demonstrate thought leadership and provide cross-disciplined interface and direction on best practices in implementing Cloud based global Supply Chain Management solutions from procurement, quality check, containerization, shipping / tracking to customer order management to cash of Consumer Packaged Goods shipped globally from China
? Work closely with Melissa and Doug's Procurement, CPG - Product Management, Order Management teams to help define and outline Oracle SCM Cloud product gaps and build those product gaps that can drive customer adoption
? Train business team to accelerate the transition from home grown to Cloud based SaaS platform
? Work effectively across internal and external organizations, with business, IT team, System Integrators (SI’s) and Independent Software Vendors (ISV’s).
? Leads system configuration related to Oracle Cloud Supply Chain modules/processes; Order Management, Procure to Pay, Inventory, Product Hub and Reporting.
? Works with business users to gather, refine and document business requirements to enhance Oracle Cloud Supply Chain functionality based upon approved user requirements
? Develops business cases, testing and training plans. Manages risks and issues that arise pertaining to ERP platforms.
? Facilitates decision documents to assess options, benefits and risks for PMO and business leaders.
? Serves as the subject matter expert for the user community and understands the detailed system functionality
(including security requirements and coordination of implementation).
? Coordinating with business users for testing related to quarterly module upgrades, resolution of incidents, evaluation
of defects and validation of new functionality
? Maintains overall design integrity of ERP processes and systems, using corporate and global success factors to create
sustainable and scalable solutions.
