Sr. UX/UI Designer Projected 8 month contract w/ likely extensions Minneapolis, MN (will on-board as remote) This team supports Freight Payment Systems (B2B) & Syncada (client log-in portal) 80-90% of efforts will be dedicated to rules engine the team is building out and on the business rule capabilities (will be a UI that is a business rule catalog where customers can see available rules and turn rules on and off) Showing detailed forensics; looking at invoice and want to see what rule did to it to change the UI Adding a new customer dashboard (80% of the way done designing) for their main invoice manager application; would like to see it go through another iteration Totally re-designing the customer portal and integrating with ServiceNow (new log-in) There is a new Central Design Team at US Bank outside of Freight Payments; looking for unified look and feel to US Bank guidelines (new design pattern library) and need to adopt these standards; this position could dotted-line report into someone in this department Working alongside one UX Designer on the team; must be comfortable in small team and wearing multiple hats Qualifications: 5+ years UX/UI Design experience Blend of UX/UI Design; will need to be able to take designs through high-fidelity prototype B2B experience highly preferred Agile experience Web-first mobile design approach (need to have understanding of mobile/iOT considerations) Tools: working within Sketch; previous experience using or similar tool
