We need candidates with ServiceNow Implementation Consultant with Certification experience.
ServiceNow experience in ITOM
- Extensive knowledge of developing the ServiceNow platform
- Strong understanding of the ITOM applications within ServiceNow
- Experience of implementing discovery for the CMDB and TLS certificates
- Experience of implementing data loads into ServiceNow
- Experience of implementing inbound and outbound API integrations with ServiceNow
- Ability to write JavaScript code that is easy to read, follows standards
- Excellent understanding of the ServiceNow data model (including task hierarchy, CMDB, user, groups and roles, data relationships)
- Good to have the knowledge of implementing Certificate Inventory and Management module (Discovery, Import, Schedules, Workflows and Certificates + Tasks)

- At least 7+ years comprehensive experience with ServiceNow platform and 3+ years’ experience with ITBM.
- Proven consulting experience as a key technical resource leading the development and delivery of ITSM or other ServiceNow solutions in client environments.
- Proven Implementation experience of ITBM methodologies.
- Experience of ITIL, minimum foundation level, ideally higher.
- Ability to develop on the ServiceNow platform including the customization.
- Knowledge of Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script include, Workflow designer, Table/Form creation, email alerts configuration.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric attitude is a must
- Ability to engage as an integral technical resource to develop client solutions
- Ability to participate in design workshop, development, testing and deployment activities with customers
- Strong JavaScripting experience
- Experience working with Agile teams, methodologies, and tools
- Excellent communication skills.
