The client may require you to resume work onsite with notice. Visits to the work premises may also be necessary to coordinate start-up and work procedures. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Performs analysis, development, administration, maintenance, and support of the IT Service Management (ITSM) tool(s Plans and analyzes user requirements, system specifications, and processes to develop and automate applications, manage projects, and improve existing systems using ServiceNow. Work involves configuring, implementing, testing, and debugging ServiceNow ticket designs, workflows, automated processes, reports, and dashboards. This position performs consultations and recommends IT customer solutions, provides technical assistance to analyze and support incidents, service requests, changes, and self-service portal through completion. Provides training to staff and customers as requested. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Creates and analyzes customer and system requirements; makes recommendations and implements enhancements/patches/upgrades, and provides input into design changes, ensuring completeness, quality, and compliance with design and development standards; ensures requirements are addressed 2. Develops and executes configurations; coordinates, plans, and performs unit and system testing, and participates in user acceptance testing; develops and maintains system documentation 3. Performs Service Request Manager duties by utilizing ITSM tools to document and manage service requests; prepares, submits and follows documentation required for a purchase through agency approval processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of responses to service requests; compiles and prepares reports for management, as needed; performs consultations, develops and recommends IT customer solutions, and provides technical assistance to analyze and support assigned service requests through completion 4.
