Departmental Summary:
Seeking a Salesforce Application Developer Advance (Salesforce App Developer III) for our Salesforce Platform Delivery and Support. This Application Developer will be responsible for developing Salesforce. Primary responsibilities will be developing APEX, Aura Components, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce, as well as knowledge of declarative tools and when to use them, mentoring of junior developers, and performing code reviews.

Departmental Requirements:
· Experiencing supporting Salesforce Applications – Sales Cloud, Service Cloud (5+ years) and Communities
· Agile System Lifecycle Development Methodology including Requirements Management / Testing thru Deployment experience (5+ years)
· Experience working in a DevOps workflow, knowledge of GIT (or other version control), Salesforce specific tooling is a plus (AutoRABIT, Copado, Gearset
· Experience working with large Managed Packages in an enterprise Salesforce Org is required ( example: Vlocity, nCino, etc


Departmental Preferences:
· Acts as a primary liaison with the user area for development and modifications to existing applications. Significant creativity is required.
· Competent to work at a high technical level for the entire application development life-cycle.
· Strong understanding of business processes and how technology supports those processes; expected to quickly become a SME and advocate for the business needs.
· Partners with business personnel to conduct analysis of organizational needs.
· Experience working in the Healthcare industry is a plus.
· Salesforce certification as Platform Developer II, and any Architect-level certifications are a plus.

Essential Company Duties and Responsibilities:
General corporate functions applied to IT: budgeting, financial and contracts management, audit, compliance, human resources, training and development.
· With general guidance and coaching, responsible for initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing application and system implementation projects using a formal project management methodology.
· Typically manages one project of moderate size and multiple projects of small to moderate size and risk concurrently.
· Oversees the system development process.
· Develops detailed plans and schedules, including goals, risks, and resource allocation.
· Monitors project metrics for significant deviations in quality, cost, or schedule.
· Assists in establishing and improving project management methodologies, procedures and policies.
· Adheres to Project Management Office policies, procedures, and methodologies.
· Coaches and mentors individuals on the project teams and provides feedback on performance to their leaders.
· Oversees client/customer relations to ensure that service expectations are developed and met.

Essential Company Education and/or Experience:
· Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred.
· Minimum five (5) years related experience preferred.
· Excellent analytical, organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
· Utilizes solid knowledge of the Project Management Institute's standards and terminology.
· Extensive creativity required across areas of expertise.
· Other related skills and/or abilities may be required to perform this job.
