Sr. Business Analyst - Salesforce Cloud, CPQ and Subscriptions

Mountain View, CA

Requirements:

Experience in managing Assets, Service Contracts, Opportunities (Renewal), Orders, Products in Salesforce.
Experience working with the ERPs such as NetSuite, SAP, and Oracle as part of the end to end business process analysis.
Experience working in the various product model, Hardware with Subscription and Traditional SaaS and supporting Initial Sales, Amendments, Renewals Capex and Opex Revenue Models.


Responsibilities:

Needs strong business process knowledge and need to be system agnostic.
Should have good knowledge and hands-on in terms of data analysis, reports, and appetite towards learning new things.
Should possess knowledge in PL/SQL, SOQL to find data and quantify the use case.
Excellent communication and ability to understand business language and translate that into system definition.
Analyze the current business process and come up with the right system workflow as per industry standard and best practices.
Should be able to provide industry standard and best practices in terms of the business process under Lead to Cash for Hardware / Subscription flows.
Following agile practices and plan out deliverables on a milestone-based.
Able to talk on progress and concerns on the project and act as a single point for contact for overall project flow. (Not as PMO
Should have a penchant for documentation (both as-is and to-be scenarios
