Job Description :

Position: Sr. Pega Robotics developer

Exp: 9+yrs

Location: Remote/ Carmel, Indiana 

JD:

·   Technical expertise with extensive Pega Robotics  knowledge (Pega RPA BOTs) and Pega knowledge

 

·   Hands on with Web / Windows / Text adapters

·   Good understanding and hands on with Unattended / RPA bots

·   Good understanding on robotics deployment process

·   Work independently in client environment as the rest of team is offshore

·   Ability to communicate and interact with IT managers, Analysts and Business users on a daily basis

·   Good understanding on Service Now and Jira

·   Good knowledge on Log Analysis and coming up with RCA

·   Ability to create SR and work with Pega Support team to get them to resolution

·   Good knowledge in Pega

•    Develop detailed specifications from which complex systems/subsystems/programs will be written.

·   Monitor BOTs and VMs. If more cases are available manually start back up BOTs.

·   Preparing metrics report and share it with the team

·   Maintaining logs for incidents
