Job Description :
 Title: Sr. Java Developer
Location: Remote
Duration: 12+ Month
 
Responsibilities
  • Work with business, product, and business solution leads to envision automation solutions to support optimized client experience and operation efficiency
  • Work closely with business solution leads and technology teams to specify resource requirement and to provide effort estimate for solution design
  • Take active role to lead solution design, provide detailed specification for proposed solutions, conduct proof of concept for critical solution components, build high level skeleton of solution to mitigate technical risks
  • Work closely with solution development teams to specify resource requirement, estimate build efforts, and structure build/test project execution to support solution development
  • Advocate for business focused solution approach and influence peers, promote solution best practices, lead solution framework design, build, and test, create templates and patterns to institutionalize re-use, codify best practices, and streamline solution design and development
  • Be hands-on experts in Java and intelligent process automation platforms and technologies (OCR, Client, NLP, Graph DB, etc.), serve as example of quality code and design, and push for better processes around how the team operates
  • Provide support to development resources in all phases of solution build.
Qualifications
  • In-depth experience and knowledge of software engineering, information systems, and enterprise intelligent automation.
  • Strong hands on experience in Java is must to support/create proof of concepts and Debug/Analyze production issues.
  • Strong Experience in  Java, Spring boot, Reactive  hands on + Aws/Azure + Any IPA tool. Will be working on Automation tool, If the candidate don't have automation exp, some training will be provided.
  • Experience in Cloud(Azure/AWS) technologies is must.
  • Experience in work fusion is preferred.
  • Experience designing and developing software/automation solutions using Java (Spring MVC, Spring Boot) relational database (MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.)
  • Ability to think abstractly and holistically while focusing on business problems at hand.
  • Passionate to learn and craftmanship in designing and building high quality software solutions that can stand the test of time, stress, and variety of enhancement requests.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment with experience/knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, etc.
