Current operation model for HR Applications is that the IT focus is on Advanced configuration in Kronos, Interfaces, Security, Advanced Reporting and a point of escalation for end user support.
This role works in tandum with HR Functional support - specific to North America (8am Pacific time to 5pm Pacific time). 
Key roles of this position are:
  • Guarantees that Technicolor's HR solutions are kept in operational condition, with proper documentation (end user & technical)
  • Proposes & recommends the technical solutions best suited to the HR Processes and Level 1 needs
  • Ensures that IT support team members are available to support users and maintenance outside of the application's operating hours, distribute the work among the members of the team
  • Is the technical point of contact for the software and hardware architecture (for support related issues) (e.g. Server upgrade to Kronos architecture, EV5 (US Payroll) interface enhancements, etc.)
  • Coordinate work with other IT teams
 
Job Description
  • Sr. HRIT Analyst supporting WW Human Resources System Tools Maintenance and Project Implementations.
  • This includes HR Master Data, Payroll Processing, Time and Attendance Tracking and Recruiting system support.
  • The main maintenance and enhancement activities covered by the scope of this role are the following:
  • Maintain and monitor interfaces jobs with: Success Factors (HRO), US, Canada and Mexico Payroll, Kronos Time, and Attendance; Payroll (Canada Pay at Work, US ADP EV5, Mexico Spiral).
  • Analyze and fix issues encountered in day-to-day HR, Payroll and T&A activities
  • Apply new evolutions on Success Factors interfaces to Payroll and T & A Systems
  • Manage / organize on a day-to-day basis the work related to application and end user support (maintenance, incident, changes requested by users, application new release, patches …)
  • Keep ticket backlog under control, ensure no incident remain pending, obtain support from software editor when required, implement preventative actions to reduce risk of incidents and simplify day to day activity
  • Maintain and evolve the knowledge base with respect of Technicolor tools and standards
  • Key interface with other teams in IT and HR
  • Support Internal control campaigns

Education:
  • At least Bachelor of Science /IT Engineer level and able to evolve
  • 10+ years of experience in supporting applications in HR Systems: Kronos, SAP Success Factors, ADP EV5.
  • 5+ Years of Kronos administration required. (High end Kronos Support person in this Role)
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple environments
  • Good analysis skills, rigor and method, respect for procedures and standards 
  • Team spirit, autonomy, good communication skills
  • Team leader capable of mobilizing and motivating his or her team members
  • Fluent English mandatory 
  • Primary interaction on a daily basis is with WW HRCC, US Payroll Team, US Benefits Team, 2nd tier Support for Kronos End Users in US, Canada and UK (HES) 
  • This role requires the resource to work a day shift in North America time zone. Preferably 8am Pacific Time through 5pm Pacific time, or later
