Role: Sr. Financial Consultant / Product Owner Location: Seattle, WA or Atlanta, GA Duration: Contract Job Description : Key Skills for this requirement: Transformation in telecom (Preferred) Financial settlement process experience Collections experience (Understands collections is run the elements in it) Come up with Solutions for devices Prefer telecom background (would consider outside of telecom if they have the core skills we are looking for) FICO Analysis Order to Cash Billing experience. Pricing experience The Sr Financial Consultant will have extensive knowledge of the Telecom (Mobile sub-vertical) industry. The individual should also have a thorough understanding of contemporary and innovate business models that are key to creating a digitally assisted and seamless omni channel interaction layer between our clients and their customers. Industry and Financial Domain Skills The candidate must have significant prior experience in core telecom retail financial services functions including: Solutioning financing plans for devices in mobile telecom industry Development of alternative financing options such as APR / no-APR plans Align interest rates / payment options to customer credit worthiness Collections processes and best practices such as Measuring and monitoring uncollected A/R with proactive ratings for customers Accurate / prompt Invoicing with multiple payment options Accurate customer invoice details Encourage customers to accept invoices electronically Clearly stated terms and Due Dates Understanding of B2B invoice approval processes Financial Risk management such as FICO analysis and other auxiliary services Review / analysis of Customer Credit Ratings Business Acumen The Sr Financial Consultant should have significant experience in identification of opportunities such as business process reengineering and business requirements definition related to the Mobile Telecom industry. The candidate should possess a solid understanding of the drivers and processes which impact customer experience and overall satisfaction levels from external and internal customer perspective. This should include management of product & services catalog, 360 view of customer, personalized product and service offerings, order lifecycle management and loyalty management. He/she should be able to demonstrate a record of developing and delivering programs that have: Driven sales growth through innovative payment and device financing plans, Improved collection processes by enhancing and adopting best practices Improved customer satisfaction rates by adopting flexible financing options for preferred customers Reduced churn through improved customer experiences, and Increased employee productivity through enhancement and transformation of retail and B2B financial processes Functional Skills and Experience Exposure/contribution to technology driven customer insights and predictive customer financial services analytics will be an added advantage 10+ years of relevant industry experience, customer blueprinting or process centered design in the mobile telecommunications or similar industry. Excellent analytical skills and a strong sense for structure and logic Experience in defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts and drawing valid conclusions Knowledge of core business processes including end-to-end, retail financial processes, strategy, vision, design, development, testing, and associated change management practices. Experienced delivering advisory services (Business Process Improvement/ Re-engineering, Gap Analysis, Transformation Roadmaps etc to drive programs Demonstrated experience developing and implementing customer business opportunities within a complex business environment Experience working with globally dispersed project teams, in a matrix organizational set-up Soft Skills Practice Development - Lead, mentor and help promote the growth of junior consultants and actively participate in the performance management process. Excellent organizational, verbal, presentation/facilitation and written communication skills. Formal leadership experience overseeing client/customer-centric financial programs/initiatives Motivate high quality performance by personnel supervised through example and constructive feedback. Ability to work independently or with a team consisting of executives, project stakeholders and project team members. Highly developed critical thinking, interpretative and analytical skills Ability to lead through ambiguity and influence both tactical immediate decisions and longer-term strategies Ability to provide direction and leadership to junior consultants as required on projects.
