Sr. Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Automation Engineer

Start date: Immediate

Location: Atlanta/Remote

Duration: 4+ Months

  • Process and monitor all inbound and outbound documents. Coordinate and test all EDI implementations with new EDI partners. Analyze current implementation in order to make recommendations for improvements.
  • Manage service calls and work orders to provide technical support to resolve any issues and maintain processes that manage inbound and outbound data.
  • Coordinate with new Trading Partners to set up new processes and provide optimal level of customer services.
  • Design EDI map documents and prepare all test data, manage all communication with trading partners and assist to produce all operational documents for end users.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • EDI support: 8 years
  • Good verbal as well as written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand client needs
  • Ability to relate or explain technical information to non-industry personnel
  • Experience in TLi400 translator software
  • Experience in AS400 and AS2
  • Excellent time management skills
  • SAP experience
  • Knowledge about Conexiom Automation (Good to have)
