Need Senior .NET Developer

Location: Tallahassee, FL
Client: Florida Department of Revenue
Experience : 7+ years
Must-have skills: SQL programming, C#, ASP.NET, MVC and or Web Forms, N -Tier Architecture Development, ADO.NET, JavaScript/JQuery, Web Services, REST with WEBAPI 2, SOAP with WCF, Microsoft Azure DevOps, HTML5, CSS3 and Bootstrap 3 or 4, XML/JSON.
Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extension
Additional information: The candidate should be able to provide an ID if the interview is requested, to guarantee the Client that the candidate submitted, interviewing and showing up for work is one and the same
Requirements:
- Experience in SQL programming (6+ years);
- Experience in: C#, ASP.NET, MVC and or Web Forms, N -Tier Architecture Development, ADO.NET and Entity Framework, HTML5, CSS3 and Bootstrap 3 or 4, XML/JSON, JavaScript/JQuery, Web Services, REST with WEBAPI 2, SOAP with WCF (6+ years);
- Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps;
- Experience with SOLID design patterns (preferred);
- Agile/Scrum experience (preferred);
- Kendo experience (preferred);
- Experience with WF – Windows Workflow (preferred);
- Project Management experience (preferred);
- Experience in Change Management, Capacity Management, Release Management, Configuration Management and other ISO/ITIL related processes (preferred);
- Experience with all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) (preferred);
- Troubleshooting experience (preferred);
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or other related field or equivalent work experience of one (1) year system’s experience for each year of education; or one (1) year of data management experience for each year of education.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Troubleshoot and improve .Net web applications as necessary;
- Identify, prioritize, resolve, document, and communicate technical and operational issues related to internal software applications;
- Meet with business departments to provide solutions and assist in the architect development to meet their business and end-user needs;
- Collaborate with other team members effectively;
- Answer FAQs;
- Create system documentation and other artifacts;
- Properly estimate work efforts and technical challenges (scoping projects);
- Perform other related duties as required
