Required Skills and Experience (3-5 years):

Data validation and quality assurance:

- Ability to perform deep data analysis with tools such as Power Pivot, A e Analytics, Business Objects, and Tableau

- Experience with enterprise-scale Web Analytics implementations, including creating reports and diagnosing Analytics Instrumentation problems.

- Ability to find and investigate data issues across platforms and applications, including discrepancies in data definition, format, and function.

- Ability to give perspective and insight when assessing Releases & Hot Fixes so the team can correctly make Go/No-Go decisions.

- Ability to perform defect management using tools like TDP, JIRA, iTrack,  AgileCraft, and drive delivery teams to find and fix issues.

- Ability to evaluate and document data test cases with Dev/QA Colleagues and work with stakeholders to improve and execute them.

Hands-on experience with a variety of tools for debugging web and mobile traffic:

- Has experience with browser development tools including the console, network, and sources tabs

- Has experience with web redirect/rewrite rules and traffic analysis using proxy and debug tools like Charles, Fiddler, Requestly, etc.

- Has experience with test automation such as Selenium and recorded web sessions in Tealeaf, Quantum Metrics.

- Has experience with debugging traffic generated by native/mobile apps running in emulators and on physical devices.

- Has experience with extract and cross-reference data from warehouses using SQL and other internal tools.

- Has experience with working knowledge of writing Data Specifications & Data Design Documentation.

Experience with enterprise-scale Web Analytics implementations, including creating reports and diagnosing Analytics Instrumentation problems.

Ability to collaborate across multiple disciplines: Product managers, business owners, reporting partners, analytics product team, DBAs, etc.

Has good Understanding on Client Server architecture for Web Experiences as well as Native Apps.

Ability to evaluate and document data test cases with Dev/QA Colleagues and work with stakeholders to improve and execute them. 

Technical Comprehension, Design, Project Management

- Work with the multiple stakeholders for requirement definitions and break those to the data attribute level.

- Ability to speak to web-related concepts such as A/B testing, personalization, segmentation, and targeting.

- Ability to collaborate across multiple disciplines: Product managers, business owners, reporting partners, analytics product team, DBAs, etc.

- Has good Understanding on Client Server architecture for Web Experiences as well as Native Apps.

- Has strong familiarity with Product Management and Agile development process; proactive communication skills desired.

- Ability to learn, adhere to, and promote the use of data governance standards.

- Ability to weigh and compare cost vs benefit in solution design decisions according to reporting requirements they address

- Ability to understand complex data structures and user contexts and how they persist across disparate applications and technologies

- Ability to comprehend and navigate the interplay between a variety of technologies and data formats such as APIs, SDKs, Kafka, JavaScript, html, json, xml, etc.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1) Conducting full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities, and design.

2) Data Analysts will develop analysis and reporting capabilities.

3) Monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements.

4) Ability to turn project requirements into custom-formatted data reports.

5) Able complete life cycle data generation and outline critical information for each Project Manager.

6) Able to analyze business procedures and recommend specific types of data that can be used to improve upon them.

7) Create a prioritized list of needs for each business segment and area of focus.

8) Identify and recommend new ways to save money by streamlining processes.

9) Work with managers to outline the specific data needs for business method analysis project.
