Qualifications

  • Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Math, or Sciences; Data Analytics nanodegree; or equivalent experience 
  • 5+ years digital analytics experience 
  • 5+ years Identity management experience 
  • SQL Intermediate to advanced working knowledge 
  • Clickstream analytics (such as A e Analytics or Google Analytics) intermediate knowledge.  

Responsibilities and Day-to-Day View 

Analytics, Reporting, Data Wrangling, creation of dashboard for web and omni channel activities.  This role will focus specifically on Identity Management reporting and analytics. Responsible for reporting KPI and operational detail. Working with partners on ensuring data is available to be captured so it can be reported. Monitor and be able to attribute performance to changing conditions. Create and maintain in suite (A e, Quantum Metric, Foresee, etc.) reports Work on issues of diverse scope where analysis of industry trends and competitive dynamics requires evaluation of a variety of factors and potential outcomes. Leverage analytics, research, and long-term thinking to help the business unlock service and support, CX, and omni channel performance gains. Automating, building, and maintaining out a suite of reporting in Tableau or PowerBI . Managing analytics/reporting requirements for projects that impact the Online Business team including PI planning. 

1) Conducting full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities and design.  

2) Data Analysts will develop analysis and reporting capabilities.  

3) Monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements.  

4) Ability to turn project requirements into custom-formatted data reports.  

5) Able complete life cycle data generation and outline critical information for each Project Manager.  

6) Able to analyze business procedures and recommend specific types of data that can be used to improve upon them.  

7) Create a prioritized list of needs for each business segment and area of focus.  

8) Identify and recommend new ways to save money by streamlining processes.  

9) Work with managers to outline the specific data needs for business method analysis project.
