Job Description :
We are seeking candidates for Business Analyst position in Dallas, Texas.
Essential Functions:
8+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in a fast-paced environment
Expertise in an Agile development environment as a Business Analyst or product owner
Demonstrated ability to remove roadblocks, problem-solve, multitask and meet deadlines
History of interfacing with business leaders and other application development teams; understanding of business opportunities for information sharing
Elicit requirements and scope using interviews, shadowing, document review, surveys, and other techniques
Document vision & scope, monitor changes throughout projects
Express requirements via User Stories, Business Rules, Personas, ORD, Process Flow Diagrams, etc.
Build product backlogs, slice stories into correct work-sized chunks
Estimate the level of effort required for projects, features, and individual work items
Prioritize work based on value, risk and dependencies
Manage strong and productive relationships with business customers and colleagues
Facilitate meetings with project constituents, from executive-to-staff positions
Understand high-level architecture and discussing rationale for potential changes
Document and propose improvements to business processes
Drive the requirements gathering process for the customer in a team of 10-20 people
Develop user stories and acceptance criteria
Ensure team understands requirements to successfully meet business goals
Leading Iteration Planning, Product Demonstration, and other meetings
