Resource needs to have deep knowledge in the SIOP (Sales, Inventory and Operational Planning) domain.
The person should be smart to own the platform from requirements point of view.

Summary
This position leads the task of writing requirements to formally document business requirements into SOR and or functional specifications off from the design document. The position requires proven experience in following industry standard business analysis techniques and methods to elicit and validate business requirements. 
 
Experience in modeling business processes and defining business data models is required.  This role will define and document internal and external user interfaces and support system and data requirements clarification and definition.  Also, acting as the liaison among internal stakeholders to analyze, document, communicate and validate business and system requirements for platform applications.
 
Effective planning and facilitation skills are critical to this role, including the ability to negotiate challenging differences of opinion between key stakeholders during meetings.  Communication skills are essential in both written and spoken form, including the ability to use the appropriate forms at all levels of the organization.
 
Experience working with E2open, Oracle, Power BI, CRM applications such as functionality around demand planning, supply planning, and global trade compliance with end to process knowledge around sales and inventory process with downstream processes to suppliers like PO creation, forecasting, inventory, ASN's, GR process, etc.
