Specifically following skill set would be must.
o Azure API management
o Development .net C# , SQL
o Azure function
o Web API , microservices architecture
o Logic apps
o Azure Service bus /Event grid /Event Hub
• Organizes and manages all user facing sessions
• Technical lead for all application
