Serve as an interface between software developers and end users by working closely with business stakeholders to understand and document their business needs, assess whether and how their request can be implemented in a system-specific way, coordinate with development on estimating effort and duration, and manage user interaction as their requests are developed.
Prepare reports and analyzes information, communicating key insights
Supports additional IT initiatives and needs
Maintains a positive relationship with all staff to ensure excellent internal and external outside customer service
OpenText Exstream experience is plus
Very good communication skill
