Position: Solutions Architect Location: Pittsburgh, PA Duration: 6 month Required Skills: 5-10 years' experience Power Platform O365 Prior experience in SharePoint or Workflow Experience working in agile, scrum, or devops environment PowerShell, Azure, Microsoft Cloud We are looking a Solutions Architect for our financial client here in the Pittsburgh area. The Solutions Architect will join our client's technology services group as a power platform architect with an in-depth understanding of the O365 platform. Responsibilities: Translates information needs into reporting, dashboard requirements, etc. and defines the ideal mechanism for information delivery Provides strategic thinking and leadership pertaining to new ways of leveraging information to improve business processes. Must be strong in guiding business leaders through strategic thinking processes and change. Designs user interface layers to deliver the required data via a range of structures such as reports, dashboards, portals and mobile etc. Defines best practices on supporting Self Service BI. Provides technical leadership on the deployment architecture, development guidelines, data delivery layer (portal, dashboard, mobile site, report) design Provide development & technical guidance and support to users and teams, to build solutions, resolve incidents, and issues according to business and IT priority Lead key changes to application development and architectural designs and patterns as well as contribute and adhere to team objectives including Power Platform Development, automation practices. Qualifications: 5-8 years of professional experience in software development Strong Experience with PowerApps canvas apps, Flow, and SharePoint online Strong experience configuring Power Platform environments, connectors, and gateways Knowledge of O365 tenant and Power Platform environment administration and configuration Bachelors or masters in computer science or equivalent Minimum 5 years of technology industry experience Minimum 3 years of experience O365 development, Azure Development, and IAAS, PAAS, and SAAS solutions in the Microsoft Cloud Platform like O365 and SharePoint Online Preferred Skills: Process/Methodology: Agile, Scrum, DevOps Scripting/Development: PowerShell, Azure PowerShell, ARM Templates, MVC, Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions, SPFx Development Platforms: Windows, Microsoft Azure, Office 365 Data: AZURE SQL, MS SQL SERVER Languages: C#, SPFx, PowerShell, REACTJS, JavaScript, JSON Compute: Web Apps, Azure Functions, Microsoft Graph Networking: DNS, Firewalls, Virtual Networks, Load Balancers, Application Gateways Security: Azure AD, Key Vaults, Security Center Storage: Azure Storage accounts, Disks, Blob, file, queue, and table storage Additional Notes: 5-10 Years of relevant experience Top 3 skills: Experience in creating Business solutions in Power Apps, Automate, and SharePoint Online Experience configuring Power Platform environment, connectors and gateways Extensive Knowledge on Administration of Power Platform
