Position: Solution Lead
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: Long Term
Java – Salesforce Integration & Sales Channel partner Domain experience is mandatory
Responsibilities:
Lead evaluation, estimation, design, and analysis for implementation of solutions and overseeing delivery of solutions by, identifying risk, provide mitigation plan, timely communication and tracking status.
Work collaboratively with Architects and Tech leads to design and document new solutions.
Provide technical delivery plans and key milestones.
Ensure solutions comply with intended design and architectural best practices.
Create architectural designs to guide and contextualize solution development across projects, and systems (including applications, technologies, processes and information
Understand emerging technology trends and the practical application of existing, and emerging technologies to enable evolving business models.
Requirements:
Deep understanding and working knowledge of SDLC methodologies (such as DevOps, agile software development and rapid prototyping
Must have-
Functional knowledge of channel partner domain
Salesforce knowledge
Experience on Java-SFDC integration
Experienced with data integration techniques
Demonstrated ability to document current state and to-be systems
Demonstrated experience translating functional requirements into technical solution recommendations.
5+ years of related experience with exposure to diverse technologies, platforms, and projects.
Experience working within Agile environment
Advanced SQL skills, Oracle, Snowflake is a plus
