Job Description:

  • Should have overall 12+ years of experience in IT
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (This is a key requirement)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in design, development, delivery of enterprise solutions on CRM and extended eco-system, specially Salesforce
  • Should be able to closely work / guide the customer to understand the problem statement, visualize the big picture and elicit requirements
  • Responsible for Capability Model Definition on Core CRM including for Digital Commerce, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Analytic
  • Sales Performance / Incentive Management, etc.
  • Trade Promotions
  • Responsible for Process Definition including for Lead Lifecycle Management, Customer Journey, Person Definition, etc. along with other Key Stakeholders establishing Ownership & Responsibilities
  • Hands on experience in SFDC Implementation, Deployment & Support Activities
  • Experience in customizing and integrating the SFDC solutions with other enterprise systems, and also maintenance & support activities of SFDC platform
  • Ability to deal with the stakeholders across the organization at all levels in proposing the solution which aligns with the business objectives
  • Co-ordinate with the Offshore team to execute and deliver the solution with highest quality
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work on multiple assignments in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment.
  • Preferably Salesforce Certified Architect
