Experience in defining and executing Stress, Performance, Load tests and Systems Capacity planning;
H1 and ISS friendly- only referrals or approved vendors, this mgr has been “bait & switched” 3 x’s (SOW business, no fees)

Software Developer
Over 5+ years of IT Experience in Database Design, Development and business intelligence.
Experience in loading data into CRM( Microsoft Dynamics CRM) with SSIS and Scribe.
Expertise in writing sql queries.
Expertise in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) for integrating data using OLE DB connection from heterogeneous sources like (Excel, CSV, Oracle, flat file, Text Format Data, JSON, XML etc .
Construct SSIS packages and Unit test the solutions.
Involved in Planning, Defining and Designing data based on business requirement and provided documentation
Scheduled Jobs for executing the stored SSIS packages which were developed to update the database on Daily basis
Responsible for writing Business logic using CNet
Should be able to work independently and self-driven.
Good skills with CNET, JSON, Webservices.
Good experience with MS Dynamics CRM and entities relationship. HIGHLY PREFERRED.
