Job Description :
Key responsibilities
Audit, analyze, recommend, and implement consistency improvements for proactive content across surfaces.
Develop and implement a Social Automation Playbook and monitor product team adoption.
Partner with content and automation teams to regularly learn and share best practices for continual bot improvement.
Understand E2E user journey on social support bots. Research best practices and gather user feedback.
Regularly report KPIs and recommend experience improvements for social support and community resources.
Proactively market and highlight community and social channels to increase channel discoverability and awareness while deflecting support traffic from assisted support.
o Monitor impact of channel promotion to community & social KPIs.
Partner with localization experts to develop language-specific Twitter & Facebook bot experiences.

Requirements
3+ years of content, automation, community, or communications experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills - attention to detail required
Experience leading content development and delivery efforts
Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple priorities and timelines
Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the flexibility to adapt to a changing landscape
BA/BS or work equivalent required
Recommended: Experience with social media communication tools & technology
