Position: Site Reliability Engineer
Location: Plano TX (Initial Remote)
Duration: Long Term Contract
Client: Tech Mahindra/Pepsico
Job Description:
· 15 or more years’ experience in IT or computer science including strong experience in application architecture and infrastructure
· Ten or more years’ experience in application development or architecture
· Five or more years’ experience in operations or DevOps
· Strong programing and engineering skills
· Strong scripting and automation skills
· Deep and broad knowledge of infrastructure
· IaaS and PaaS experience – AWS and/or Azure
· Experience with a wide array of monitoring and/or orchestration tools
· The ability to work well in a collaborative, geographically distributed environment
· Exceptional analytical and technical problem-solving skills
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Expertise in influencing distributed teams in a large corporate environment
· Significant experience in service reliability and/or root cause analysis
· Significant application and infrastructure architecture experience
