esponsibilities and Activities:
• Primarily responsible for troubleshooting Linux issues and incident resolution.
• Ensure health and deployment of the Servers & devices
• Capable of analyzing and troubleshoot applications issues and implement break fixes as per defined SLA’s and SOPs. Experience & functional knowledge on baking applications.
• Resolve technical issues by implementing break fix. Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project
• Maintain safe, efficient, and reliable product and service delivery to Client.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery.
• Implement SW and manage risk during service delivery
• Ensure remote deployment of the edge device
• Remotely Start/Stop and reboot the edge gateway according to operating instructions.
• Configure rules to send alert and/or notifications to protect the edge performance.
• Develop and manage outage schedules and software update/deployment.
• Interact with customers on issues related to edge performance and reliability.
• Record information such as fault time, fault code, and operational actions taken while on shift.
• Ensure systematic usage of standard work and risk management throughout the service delivery process.
• Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
• Supervise and interact with supplier as needed.
• Develop standards, policies and procedures to continually improve the network security infrastructure, solutions, and services that IT delivers.
• Prioritize workload without supervision; ability to define a problem or objective and identify relevant concerns or factors.
• Develop network information security strategy, implementation plans, and design solutions.
• Consult with technical or nontechnical personnel and derive information pertaining to projects or initiatives
