6+ yrs relevant exp Primary (Must have):
1. Sharepoint based applications: Sharepoint, Teams, OneNote
2. Microsoft Office applications
Secondary (Nice to have):
1. Agile Scrum experience
2. Onbase / customer facing reporting tools

Job Description:
Provide technical support and technical solution options to our user/business partners with office productivity tools and digital experience software. Assist those partners in the configuration and setup of these Office tools to deliver a better digital experience. Consult with and make recommendations to these partners to improve team collaboration and information exchange through digital solutions. Debugging, monitoring and troubleshooting digital solutions is required. Expert level experience required in executing strategies in digital work streams. Expert level experience required in collaborating with end users and teams to define and build digital office solutions.
The preferred candidate we are seeking will need to demonstrate experience with Implementing and Supporting Microsoft Office 365; including Office Pro Plus, Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and other Microsoft Office 365 workloads. They are expected to have experience with Microsoft Office 365 Enterprise Mobility + Security. They are expected to have experience with analyzing and troubleshooting SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams libraries, tools, applications, and web parts with relation to other Office 365 services such as Microsoft Azure, Azure AD, and Exchange Online. It is preferred that this candidate demonstrate experience in Microsoft Flow, PowerApps, and Dynamics. Microsoft .Net is also a preferred skill.
