Description:
Should have 10+ years of experience in IT industry
Must have 5 Years as SharePoint Architect
Experience in working with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps/ PowerBI/ Power Automate)
Experience in architecting Model driven apps and Canvas apps
Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM –track record in the design, configuration and implementation of Dynamics CRM
Must be expert in presenting Solution to customers and resolve their complex issues
Must have strong in Microsoft SharePoint Technologies (SharePoint 2013/2016/2019 and Office 365 / SharePoint Online
Experienced in the architecture, design and development of large & complex applications and services using Microsoft SharePoint, Office 365 and Microsoft .NET technologies
Essential Skills (Mandatory - Project experience, technical and soft skill etc ) Explain in detail with level of expertise. Ability to map user requirements to standard SharePoint features, identify customization areas, estimate the customization effort and translate the analyzed requirements to design using SharePoint Consulting aptitude to be able to provide support to pre- sales and assisting clients in decision- making process.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong Technical leadership - should be able to build technical capability and provide mentoring
Must have experience in working on large proposals, RFPs, Technical Pre sales
Must assist in Sales process and Microsoft Partnership for GTM solutions
Good to have skill- Azure PaaS, Azure BI

Responsibilities:
Coach the team by providing clear career objects, priorities, technical advice, and performance reviews
Empower the team to use industry best- in- class tools and technologies
Know and care about what customers want from our service and should be clearly articulate to rest of the team on the problem statement
Work with product managers, user experience designers, test engineers, QA analysts, consultants, and program managers to ensure that we build tools that our internal and external clients.
Translate complex functional and technical requirements into detailed software development sprint plans and release schedules
Assign and track deliverables to make sure your team meets internal and external deadlines
