Job Description : Experience in SharePoint Online, Teams, flows, One-Drive, Power platform(Power apps + Power automate must to have, Power BI nice to have),  to be able to look into global solutions on O365 platform and provide guidance for improvement. Have experience in SharePoint migration projects. Nice to have knowledge of Exchange online.

 

 

Skills required  

  •  Deep knowledge of Modern O365 feature supports
  • Well verse with O365 admin center activities
  • Hands on experience in enhancing / fixing / implementing solutions in SharePoint Online, Teams, flows, One-Drive, Power platform
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in different disparate technologies and environments
  • Working on production issues, implementing the required changes, maintaining the document, sharing status updates, preparing metrices, complying the processes
  • Ability to understand Solutions, Product specifications, recommend Architectural changes, maintain approach documents. Good understanding of Agile methodologies, support processes, DevOps processes and Quality processes
  • Hands on experience on tools like Sharegate, SMAT
  • Enthusiastic about different areas of work and exploring new technologies
  • Clarity of thought and strong communication skills to effectively work closely with client
  • Ability to explore and grasp new technologies
  • Excellent team player and promote flat environment where everyone’s point of view is considered and feedback is encouraged. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively by collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders (multi-vendor environment)

 

Responsibilities

  • Fix production issues, implement enhancements, review code / solution approaches.
  • Understanding the client’s business use cases and technical requirements and be able to convert them in to technical design update which elegantly meets the requirements
  • Identifying different solutions and being able to narrow down the best option that meets the client’s requirements or fixing a production issue
  • Follow ITIL processes for Incident management, Change management and Problem management
  • Maintaining architecture and design on various aspects like extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, NFRs, etc., and ensure that all relevant best practices/ guidelines are being followed
  • Maintaining and reviewing documentation on overall architecture, framework, and high-level design of the application around functional and non-functional requirements;
  • Understanding and relating technology integration scenarios and applying these learnings in enhancements
  • Resolving issues that are raised during code/review, through exhaustive systematic analysis of the root cause, and being able to justify the decision taken
  • Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements
