Job Description :
Required skills:
Strong hands-on technical knowledge & experience in SFDC Service cloud implementation.
Functional/process knowledge in SFDC Service area.
Good understanding in Government Cloud is a must, specially how security/authentication/encryption work in GovCloud
Experience in SFDC security roles definition/implementation
Integration development experience (preferably from/to SAP
Nice to have skills:
SFDC Government Cloud project implementation experience is preferred.
