Position: SFDC Business Analyst

Location: New York NY

Duration: Contract/Full Time

 

Note: candidates should be open to work from customer location from October.

 

Job Description

 

  • Lead BSA on SalesForce Real-Time Integration project
    • Create stories to enhance WMP application to manage data directly with SalesForce and retire Sesame DB from real time processing.
  • Data management 
    • Create / maintain data in both System & Business databases.
  • Data related issue resolution
    • Determine if data anomalies are causing system problems. 
  • Developer Support
    • Provide guidance to Developer team on managing data & updating JSON structures.
  • User Provisioning
    • Coordinate set up of Users in SalesForce, WMP and ISAM.
