Business Analyst with strong UI, Dashboarding, Reporting experience
• Partner with product management/engineering/marketing to set KPIs, build & support dashboards/reports that measure these KPIs to drive & support strategic decisions.
• Develop and run ad-hoc reports to answer business questions and support data-driven decision-making when needed.
• Collaborate across teams to define our future state data strategy and data model.
• Collaborate across teams to advance our tooling and capabilities.
• Continually seek opportunities in how we can make better use of data to inform better business decisions.
• Deliver the design ideas for a unified user experience and connected interfaces to unlock end-to-end data & analytics development and publishing workflows
• Work closely with A e data platform product management and senior leaders to realize the experience vision for the self-service data & analytics platform
• Create simplicity out of complex, multi-user, multi-system workflows
• Translate end-to-end user workflows into journey maps, sketches, storyboards, wireframes, low and high-fidelity screen designs, and functioning prototypes
• Adopt the internal A e UI standards
• Lead through change by bringing clarity, generating energy, and delivering success.
