Role- ServiceNow Developer CTH
The Developer will be participating in all aspects of the software development life cycle: Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing, Training and Operational Support. The Developer will be coding in JavaScript, XML, CSS, and web services and performing configuration, integration, custom development and other hands-on technical activities related to the ServiceNow platform.
The Development team also assists assisting in documenting requirements, aligning them to ServiceNow capabilities and estimating the level of effort needed for each project. The consultant will work on loading, manipulating and maintaining data between ServiceNow and other systems. The consultant will be building reports and dashboards (incl. Performance Analytics features) as well as developing automated test cases and test suites to support faster regression testing and upgrades.
Required Skills
ul>
li>5+ years’ experience with JavaScript, XML, CSS, Rest Web Services/li>
li>Advanced experience configuring and scripting business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, script includes, notification events, ACLs, workflow activities, etc./li>
li>Thorough understanding of the ITSM/ ITIL framework as well as strong working knowledge of ServiceNow platform components such as Service Catalog, Change/Incident/Problem Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Knowledge, Reporting, Service Portal, etc./li>
li>ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping experience is required/li>
li>5+ years’ experience with ServiceNow Advanced System Administration (any certs preferred)/li>
li>ServiceNow Application Development is highly preferred/li>
