Title: ServiceNow Technical Lead / Manager

Job Description:
  • Minimum 8 years knowledge and experience working with ServiceNow in Development & Technical Architecture.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience working as a ServiceNow Technical manager.
  • Manage and lead teams of ServiceNow Developers in a technical management and mentorship capacity, both onsite and offshore.
  • Provide technical oversight on critical ServiceNow projects.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to independently handle customer escalations and provide mitigations.
  • Ability to perform ServiceNow code reviews and architectural reviews.
  • Experienced in Agile methodologies viz; Scrum.
  • As a technical advisor work with the client to define ServiceNow roadmap.
  • Work with development teams to design solutions on ServiceNow platform.
  • In depth understanding of ServiceNow platform and native capabilities viz; business rules, scripting, workflow management, upgrades etc.
  • Prior experience of working on HR module/Custom Application
  • Hands -on experience on flow designer
  • Good understanding of MID servers, API call
  • Experience dealing with technical end-users in a support role
  • Experience working in Onshore-offshore model, handling team.
