Job Description :
 
Leads negotiations with engagement partners and team members (vendors, subcontractors, customers, Kyndryls) to define project goals and strategies for attaining them.
Ability to travel to customer site as requested.
Conduct tools workshops to demonstrate the functions, features, and capabilities of Tool solution and collect client specific requirements
Anticipates potential problems associated with the solution being developed. Develops and leads execution of the technical risk management plan for the solution to be implemented
 Develop functional specifications for new requirements
Validate requirements were implemented to meet client expectations
 Review/Approve deployment solution and solution cost prior to implementation
 Provide sizing for custom solution/requirements, provide input to cost model as needed
 Identify risks and issues associated with the implementation
Produce Account Architecture documentso ServiceNow ITSM SME
o Understanding of ServiceNow modules
o Ability to configure ServiceNow
o JavaScript expert
o Ability to test code and work defects to resolution
o Ability to promote code in ServiceNow
o Ability to work service requests to completion
o Knowledge of integrations
o Understanding of ServiceNow data schema
o Experience in reporting
o Good written and verbal skills
o Good problem determination skills
Familiar with:
·   How to clone ServiceNow instances
·   How to use ServiceNow HI system to obtain support
·   Creating Technical Knowledge Articles for team use
·   Leveraging transform maps to load data
