Must Have Skills:
- Strong in technical skills in ServiceNow (Script Includes, Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Macros, UI Pages, Workflows, ACL’s, Transform Maps, UI Pages, Dashboards/Reports, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Integrations using REST/SAOP and Integration Hub .
- Strong knowledge of Service Portal and CMDB/Asset Management.
Skill requirements:
- ServiceNow experience of 6 plus years.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good inter-personal and networking skills to work with different internal teams.
- Individual contributor able to handle customers and their expectations independently.
- Good technical and functional knowledge of ServiceNow platform.
- Technical knowledge in development of ServiceNow entities like business rules, script includes, clients scripts, UI Actions, UI Macro, workflows, catalogs, etc. JavaScript knowledge is required.
- Good knowledge of various ServiceNow integration capabilities with third-party applications/tools.
- ServiceNow version upgrade knowledge.
- Knowledge of reporting technologies.
- Follow and recommend best practices to customers and help on roadmap of the platform.
- Proactively work with different vendors on projects.
- Good problem solving and issue triaging skills for reported issues/incidents.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and effectively.
- Implement PoC (Proof of Concept) and demonstrate the same to customers for new capabilities/requirements.
- Knowledge of SDLC process, Release management, Change Management and SEV Management.
- Recommend performance improvement ideas to customer.
