Job Description :

Must Have Skills:

  • Strong in technical skills in ServiceNow (Script Includes, Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Macros, UI Pages, Workflows, ACL’s, Transform Maps, UI Pages, Dashboards/Reports, etc.)
  • Strong  knowledge of Integrations using REST/SAOP and Integration Hub .
  • Strong knowledge of Service Portal and CMDB/Asset Management.

Skill requirements:

  • ServiceNow experience of 6 plus years.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good inter-personal and networking skills to work with different internal teams.
  • Individual contributor able to handle customers and their expectations independently.
  • Good technical and functional knowledge of ServiceNow platform.
  • Technical knowledge in development of ServiceNow entities like business rules, script includes, clients scripts, UI Actions, UI Macro, workflows, catalogs, etc. JavaScript knowledge is required.
  • Good knowledge of various ServiceNow integration capabilities with third-party applications/tools.
  • ServiceNow version upgrade knowledge.
  • Knowledge of reporting technologies.
  • Follow and recommend best practices to customers and help on roadmap of the platform.
  • Proactively work with different vendors on projects.
  • Good problem solving and issue triaging skills for reported issues/incidents.
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently and effectively.
  • Implement PoC (Proof of Concept) and demonstrate the same to customers for new capabilities/requirements.
  • Knowledge of SDLC process, Release management, Change Management and SEV Management.
  • Recommend performance improvement ideas to customer.
