• Service Catalog / Portal\Experience with REST web services
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM (incident, change, problem, case)
• Experience with CMDB
• Experience with Client scripts and server-side scripts\
• Import Sets
• UI, business rules, policy, script-include, ACL, Update Sets, Scoped Applications
• JavaScript
• Flow Designer
• Domain separation
• Integration Hub
• Working in a highly complex environment
