Role :- ServiceNow Developer

Location :-  Oklahoma City Day 1 from onsite

  Required Skill/Experience:

·         Advanced experience with ServiceNow implementations

·         Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow for SACM           (Service Asset & Configuration) modules

·         Strong knowledge and hands on experience on ServiceNow Discovery and       integrations like SCCM

·         Create and manage scripts and workflow.

·         A fundamental understanding of ITSM, ITIL and CMDB

·         System integration experience using web services and other web based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP

·         Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs - all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system

·         Responsibilities required for Role:

·         The IT CMDB Analyst is responsible for administering and executing the configuration management process

·         Ensuring CMDB data integrity. This role works closely with the IT Service Now System Admin and all process owners within IT.

·         Expert knowledge of IT Configuration and Asset Management processes.

·         Implement, monitor and govern CMDB data governance rules, KPIs/KRIs, SLAs · Document maintain and update policies, procedures
