Supporting all aspects of development software lifecycle: analysis, design, documentation, coding, testing, and promotion
experience in implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform
experience with workflow, business rules, UI actions, and integrations on ServiceNow
experience creating ServiceNow reports and dashboards
experience with web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, and Web Services) is PLUS
