Title: ServiceNow Developer
Location: 3712 Jackson Ave, Austin, TX 78731
Duration: 6 Months with possible extension

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES:
The ServiceNow Developer is responsible for working to develop, design and own technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ServiceNow Developer will provide administration, application development, maintenance, and technical support by using good practice web programming techniques to configure robust solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform. Create functional and technical design documents. Develop reports and dashboards in ServiceNow in accordance with technical, functional, style and content guidelines
? Provide software coding and customization in capability areas like Dynamic scheduling, Dispatcher workspace, planned maintenance, field service contract management, asset management including screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, scripting, third party software integrations, and custom application development
? Update and maintain a comprehensive testing protocol for ServiceNow instance upgrades with the purpose of certifying all applications for use after the upgrade completes.
? Develop existing and custom applications within ServiceNow including mobile tools, integrations with other applications.
? Create and maintain system design and operations documentation.
? Hands-on experience in Service Catalog/Service Portal modules
? Utilize ServiceNow to support all process management, reporting and governance activities
? Proficient in data model design for CMDB including design of relationships, data flows and conceptual and logical data models, data dictionaries
? Execute the roadmap to mature the CMDB/Asset management processes.
? Complete other duties as assigned.

WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum (Required):
Years Skills/Experience
5 Development in ServiceNow in Field Service, CMDB, Service Catalog, SLA, Mobile Agent 5 Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to gather, understand, organize, and interpret relevant data and information
3 Experience gathering requirements and designing to requirements

Preferred (Optional):
Years Skills/Experience
3 Experience in statistics, applied math, and analytical work
2 Experience providing technical training
2 JavaScript and JSON
