Job Description :
Experience in SN-Rome who has worked with the modules of ITSM - Incident, Problem, Change, Service Requests (Catalog), Portal as well as integrations to ServiceNow (Salesforce knowledge preferred). They also need to be familiar with Case Management of ServiceNow.
On the Developer side they can be new (not needed to be extensive) to the developer side and/or in the process of getting developer credentials.
