Job Title: ServiceNow Business Analyst
Location: Remote, USA
Duration: Long-Term Contract
 
Job Description:
ServiceNow Business Analyst assists the lead or works independently designing, developing and implementing IT processes, conducting research and performing analysis required to build respective modules within ServiceNow Platform, captures business requirements in a form of agile stories, as well as testing configured functionalities end to end as soon as these have been developed.
 
Must Have:
  • Experience of 5+ years in IT Service Management space in IT Service Operations.
  • In-depth knowledge and work experience of Incident Mgt, Problem Mgt, Change Mgt, CMDB and Service Catalog.
  • Excellent knowledge and work experience on ServiceNow Tool.
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and Scrum Methodology.
  • Very good written / oral English communication skills including customer presentations.
  • ITIL V3 OR ITIL 4 Foundation Certification.
  • Interpersonal skills to help negotiate priorities and to resolve conflicts among Project Stakeholders; such as clients and internal team members.
  • Strong analytical skills to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts and decompose high-level information into details.
 
Good to have:
  • Exposure to modules like ITBM / ITOM / HRSD / IT Sec Ops / GRC.
  • Scrum certified (optional).
