Job Description:
We are seeking to hire a ServiceNow Architect to work with delivery managers and technical teams to configure scoped applications and develop custom solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Responsibilities:
Architect ServiceNow solutions and recommend solutions and continual service improvements
Collaborate effectively with ServiceNow team and clients to develop solutions and identify system deficiencies, improve performance and configuration by utilizing ServiceNow best practices
Demonstrate best practices around programming methodologies, platform management, languages and help define team coding standards, procedures and techniques.
Influence and design, providing options with pros, cons, and risks around all key technical decisions during the program delivery process
Configure and enhance workflow, user interface (UI), client scripts, business rules, catalogs, orchestration and more, utilizing out-of-the-box functionality as much as possible and only customizing when necessary
Understand Cloud security associated with Cloud computing, develop external application integration
Requirements / Qualifications:
Must have 5 years of architecture experience
Expert in Asset Management module
Must have good working knowledge of CMDB
Must have ITSM experience – 3-4 years
Strong ServiceNow Architect with 5 yrs. of ServiceNow architecture experience.
Experience working in Demand Management, Incident, Problem, Change, Survey, Knowledge and Cloud Management.
Experience with CMDB/Asset Management preferred.
Experience with Integrating ServiceNow Applications with third party applications.
