Role: ServiceNow Architect /Implementation Specialist
Location: Remote
Duration: Long Term Contract
Job Requirements
• ServicenowTechnologies (Java Scripting, XML, Apache Jelly, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, etc.), Web services (SOAP and RESTful), and Web communication protocols.
• Proficient with rapid development methodology (Agile/Scrum)
• Solid understanding of the application development lifecycle process, including requirement analysis, quality assurance, design, scheduling, implementation, issue tracking, version control release management and deployment.
• Excellent Skill in IPC,Reports , Chat Bot, Mobile App, Flow Designers and ITOM .
• Should have good knowledge on Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, Asset Management, Event Managemet, CSM, PA, Integrations • Should have excellent knowledge of Cloud management (Azure & AWS)
• Good understanding on Orchestration • Knowledged in Operational Intelligence
• Hands-on experience on Soap/Rest Webservices with third-party tools
• Knowledge of Vulnerability Management and Monitoring tools to have good.
• Good understanding knowledge on ITSM modules
• Should have hands-on experience on end to end scripting.
• should have worked on Agile Methodologies,
• Should have a good understanding of ITIL standards
