Task Description:
- Works with subject matter experts to confirm requirements, document technical specifications, develops a solution according to the business requirements, perform supporting scripting, execute unit tests, resolve defects found in system integration testing and deploy approved packages to production.
- Knowledge on all aspects of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile and SAFe. Knowledge of systems chosen for development. Workflow development, ITSM (Request, Asset: required; other modules desirable), IT Asset Management, IT Business Management, Enterprise Application (develop Customer Applications), DevOps knowledge desired.
- Expert in the use of Rational products - Jazz (RTC, RQM and RRC) for supporting QA activities and deliverables.
- Experience defining, communicating, and implementing QA best practices, testing methodology and processes. Identify, research, report, and close defects, and analyze unresolved issues. Develop test criteria, test plans and conduct application testing with expert level experience in designing, implementing and documenting test plans and test cases, using different testing tools (manual and automation).
- Document, implement, monitor, and enforce all processes for application deployments per standards defined by the organization.

• Engage with client stakeholders and customers to determine solution requirements and improvements – 8+ years
• Engage with client executives to generate roadmaps and recommendations – 5+ years
• Create roadmaps for technical offering growth and innovation – 5+ years
• Understand and design integrations and interfaces with other systems – 8+ years
• Understand and design data models – 8+ years
• Excellent customer relationship management skills including effective oral and written communications – 8+ years
• Bachelor’s degree

• ServiceNow HRSD Certification
• Understanding of other ServiceNow products
• Understanding of other HR technologies (PeopleSoft HCM, etc.)
• Understanding of Agile development methodology and willingness to knowledge transfer
