Job Description :

Position: Service Now Lead Consultant

Location: Remote Location

 

Job Description:  

1.      A Minimum of 4+ yrs. Of solid Implementation & Design level experience working on ServiceNow platform including REST-based Integrations, Custom App Development and Leading Agile teams.

2.      Excellent Functional knowledge & Process level knowledge Including ALL Core ITSM modules and with ITOM Modules like Discovery, Event Mgmt, Understanding of Service Mapping.

3.      Prior knowledge of working on Complex Enhancements Design & implementation, Mentoring the team, Leading technical discussions with Internal/External stakeholders

4.      ServiceNow Admin Certification is Mandatory and any other Implementation certifications are a definite Plus

5.      Excellent Communication skills (written & verbal), Stakeholder management skills and Interpersonal skills, Will be the SPOC for the Customer at Onsite location and the Offshore team
