A Mid-Level resource must have 3 years or more systems experience in ServiceNow, along with the requirement they are a Certified Administrator for ServiceNow. Additionally, they must have a thorough understanding of all interactions and touchpoints between functions and data in each ITSM ServiceNow module.
The Certified Administrator must have general knowledge of the ITIL framework, and a good understanding of Asset Management, Configuration Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, IT Services and Service Catalog Management ITIL Processes.

A Senior Level resource that must have 5 years or more systems experience in ServiceNow with thorough understanding of all interactions and touchpoints between functions and data in each ITSM ServiceNow module.
