WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONSMinimum (Required): Years Skills/Experience5 Must have a deep understanding of ServiceNow and working knowledge of the Common Service Data Model5 IT Asset Management and/or Configuration Management experience.3 Experience in working with inventory discovery tools and infrastructure management tools used to provide asset inventory data (e.g., ServiceNow Service Mapping)3 Experience driving SACM process adherence throughout a complex IT organization using data.4 Experience in the use of KPIs to track trends and drive behavior.4 Experience using data analysis tools to gain insights into data quality and trends.2 Experience with IT Service Management, ITIL practices3 Strong verbal and written communication skills.2 Demonstrated ability to communicate CMDB, Asset Management concepts, rationale, and implementation tools and techniques1 Practical experience with relational database structures and with record relationships and data keys2 Have the ability to quickly establish credibility with the delivery teams (internal and external).
