Break-fix, day to day monitoring of 6500 PowerEdge servers
Dell PowerEdge troubleshooting, support in problem identification and resolution, and
initiating technical support with Dell support.
Support Dell PowerEdge C6525 servers
iDRAC
Red Hat/CentOS Linux Operating system
Nice to have Cisco and Arista switches expertise
Coordination with technicians from external service providers and vendors for
installation, repairs, and upgrades.
Reports support and/or maintenance issues to Customer
