Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, human-computer interaction, behavioral science, psychology, human factors, or design or 4+ years of work experience in relevant field. 

6 years of user experience research and UI/UX design experience. 

Knowledge and strong working experience of industry design tools such as Sketch, Invision, A e CC, Figma etc.  

Understanding mental models, empathy, expectations, needs, goals and user-centric product design methods Experience using and also making submissions to Design system. 

Advanced understanding of the B2C marketplace and the functions of e-commerce websites 

Experience preparing detailed competitive and consumer analyses. 

Ability to translate designs into highly polished experiences which scale across devices.  

Design Skills: 

UX Research, Design theory, Wireframing, prototyping, Visual communication, Information architecture, User empathy, and Interaction design.  

Software Skills

Thorough knowledge and experience in Sketch, craft, and other sketch plugins  

InVision

Roles & Responsibilities: 

1) Collaboration and creative brainstorming, ideation, rapid-prototyping, and other problem-solving with user experience and graphic designers, engineers, and other stakeholders on multiple projects. This includes strong collaboration and alignment with teams responsible for online and mobile experiences to ensure customers' needs are met across all media.  

2) Documentation and delivery and/or contributing to create briefs, user scenarios and storyboards, text strings, flow charts, annotated wireframes, and other documentation that defines the user experience and providing direction to technical writers creating specification documents.  

3) Works closely with our internal user researchers to support usability and focus group test plans as well as prototype support (paper or interactive prototypes, as appropriate).  

4) Will serve as user advocate supporting features and products throughout the project lifecycle ensuring the best experience implemented.  

5) Includes software development support, reviews, and presentations, ensuring high quality and deadlines are met.   

· Lead the design of usable, engaging, and accessible, customer experiences across mobile and web based on research and industry best practices.  

· Elicit and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers, engineers, developers, and researchers.  

· Understand user behavior and motivations, illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps  

· Design graphic user interface elements  

· Design UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like  

· Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders  

· Identify and troubleshoot UX problems  

· Create responsive and adaptive designs  

· Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback  

· Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images  

· Collaborate closely with other designers to scale exploration of potential design directions and achieve design consistency cross platform.  

· Work with the team to ensure all work is built based on spec.  

· Using existing components and submitting new components to the Design system.
