Job Description :

Role: ServiceNow Developer

Location:  Oklahoma City, OK (Day 1 from onsite)

Duration: Long Term Contract

Client: Tech Mahindra / / Integris

 

Required Skill/Experience:

  • Advanced experience with ServiceNow implementations
  • Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow for SACM (Service Asset & Configuration) modules
  • Strong knowledge and hands on experience on ServiceNow Discovery and integrations like SCCM
  • Create and manage scripts and workflow.
  • A fundamental understanding of ITSM, ITIL and CMDB
  • System integration experience using web services and other web based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP
  • Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs - all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system

Responsibilities required for Role:

  • The IT CMDB Analyst is responsible for administering and executing the configuration management process 
  • Ensuring CMDB data integrity. This role works closely with the IT Service Now System Admin and all process owners within IT.
  • Expert knowledge of IT Configuration and Asset Management processes.
  • Implement, monitor and govern CMDB data governance rules, KPIs/KRIs, SLAs · Document maintain and update policies, procedures
